Yvette’s journey in real estate began when she and her husband relocated from California to Phoenix in 2006 to chase the American Dream and launch their own business. Drawn to Arizona’s unbeatable cost of living and homeownership potential, she quickly fell in love with the state—and saw the incredible opportunity it offered.
Her professional path led her to one of the largest real estate investment and development firms in North America, where she supported the planning and development team in transforming over 42,000 acres of land. With more than 9,000 of those acres in Arizona, Yvette gained a deep understanding of the region’s economic landscape and housing market—from raw land to shovel-ready communities.
