About Shawn

Shawn Sullivan brings his experience as a Public Education Teacher to DeLex Realty. Before joining DeLex Realty, he taught and coached students in the Peoria Unified School District for the 32 years. As an educator, he learned how to be patient, detail-oriented, proactive, and a strong advocate for all his students.

As your Realtor, Shawn will be an advocate for you. Whether you are buying, selling, or renting, he will work tirelessly to promote your best interests. If you are selling, he will work with you to get you the fairest price, in the least amount of time, by using state of the art technology, team collaboration, and DeLex Realty’s superior marketing materials. If you are buying, he will work hard to provide you with the best information and market data to inform and assist you, so you can be a well-equipped buyer with the strongest possible negotiating position.

Shawn understands that buying and selling real estate can be stressful. He will work hard to lower your stress level and make your experience as pleasurable as possible. He will accomplish this through constant communication and by being accessible whenever you need him.

Shawn has been an area resident since 1980 and earned his master’s degree in Counseling at the University of Phoenix. He has also been a Varsity Baseball Coach for the past 16 years. He has worked with many different students and parents over the years. He recognizes the unique characteristics and benefits of living and working in Arizona.
When not assisting clients, Shawn enjoys spending time with his wife Julie, Sons Nathan and Blayden, grandkids Aubreeand Elijah.  I also enjoy entertaining their friends, coaching baseball, traveling, and relaxing with family.
