My practice spans luxury residential sales, commercial leasing, tenant and landlord representation, investment acquisitions, and complex deal structures — including seller-carry financing, lease-purchases, bridge loans, and successful vacation rental conversions. As an active investor, landlord, and 5-star Airbnb host, I bring firsthand operational expertise that translates into superior outcomes for my clients.
Prior to real estate, I held leadership roles in international operations and global business development with Fortune 100 organizations, including Delphi Automotive Systems. I earned a B.A. in Economics and International Area Studies from UCLA and an MBA in Global Management from Thunderbird School of Global Management. This foundation enables me to deliver sophisticated analysis, risk mitigation, and creative solutions tailored to high-stakes real estate decisions.
I previously served as Vice President and President of the Scottsdale Pinnacle Condominium Association, a Marriott timeshare community, deepening my expertise in property governance and asset management.
