A lifelong resident of the area, Lucia returned to Yuma after graduating from the University of Arizona’s Eller College of Management in 2006 with a bachelor’s degree in Business Management. Over years of executive service, she mastered the arts of strategic planning, high-level negotiation, and complex problem-solving, which ultimately laid a powerful foundation for her real estate career.
